Products

We aim to display product information, colors, images, prices, and availability as accurately as possible. Minor differences in color or appearance may occur because of lighting, photography, or screen settings.

Orders

Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Crocus may contact you on WhatsApp or phone if order verification is required.

Prices

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.

Payments

We currently accept Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer.

Shipping

Standard shipping is Rs. 250. Orders over Rs. 5,000 qualify for free shipping.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
